10 Minutes to Get on the Right Track

SparkGuy's idea of doing 10 minutes of exercise a day is a great way to start the day!

Just 10 minutes of preferably fun exercise can change your initial outlook on your morning, making each day a little step closer to your goals, making each day a little victory unto itself!

I enjoy low-impact exercise to a couple of favorite songs, my "good morning songs" that I love to hear!

Starting your day out on the right foot can lead to an up-beat tempo for the rest of your day, boosting self-confidence and bringing happiness to others because of our own happiness!

    I just added 10 minutes rebounding to Christmas music, because I had only walked 20 minutes. It felt great.

    i have several 10 minute workouts. i often start with them or add them to the end of other workouts when i still have time and energy. it is interesting how the little good habits add up to success.
