SparkGuy's idea of doing 10 minutes of exercise a day is a great way to start the day!
Just 10 minutes of preferably fun exercise can change your initial outlook on your morning, making each day a little step closer to your goals, making each day a little victory unto itself!
I enjoy low-impact exercise to a couple of favorite songs, my "good morning songs" that I love to hear!
