    I freaked out at the scale yesterday, and came back to earth today. I'm still 4 pounds above my lowest SP weight, but I think that I have my triggers under control for the moment. I have to keep it together -- after all, I got rid of my "fat clothes" and am too cheap to run out and buy new stuff if my current clothes stop fitting! LOL --

Changes made -- yes, I still have a beer in the evening with dinner, but am now splitting one with my husband. He no longer brings candy into the house other than his treats. I'm more diligent about after-dinner eating -- we have pretzels in the house for those occasional late-night snacks, and I know the number that I can have (and I generally count them!). I have increased my daytime eating a bit so I don't overdo at night. I'm really trying to get those waters in. I've increased my exercise a bit -- it's difficult to get out of the office at lunch for a walk, but I've actually done it.

Ok. Onward and downward!!

    I feel down today too and I received kind words from someone on here and it helped make my day better. It's great how someone you've never met can make a difference in your life.
