So far so good...

this week I made my goal of getting to the gym Monday and Tuesday. I PLAN on going Thurs. and Friday. I did NOT meet my goal of no sugar, and watching my carb intake.
I was sooooo hungry when I got home I chowed down on crackers...granted they were TLC whole grain cracker but STILL I have no control!

I made homemade mac and cheese w/ smoked turkey and broccoli yesterday...and did NOT stick to my ONE plate. I had 2. it was soooo yummy. Oh well at least it wasn't 2 bowls of ice cream or cake...but I get so dissappointed in myself.
Why can't I cut myself some slack. Sometimes we are harder on ourselves than anyone else ever would be.

Tonight I will make baked chicken thighs and spinach and forgo the rice i will make for the DH and Sons. I WILL behave myself and eat only 2 thighs! and drink more water!!

I have had 40 oz of water so far. need to drink another 30 at least!!

  Super about going to the gym and avoiding the rice for dinner.
