I injured my back at work!!!

GRRRRRR I'm so mad, I hurt my back at work and now I can barely walk let alone exercise. I feel like crying emoticon I've worked so hard to lose those 21 pounds and now I have a hard time moving. This sucks emoticon

    I'm really sorry you injured your back, but please don't let this setback be the end of your journey. We all encounter bumps, but you don't have to give up. My suggestion - try laying on a heating pad and pop some Tylenol over the next few days. Also, try to eat healthy. You may gain a couple of pounds, but you don't have to gain everything you lost. Just stick to healthy eating! Enter maintenance mode until you can get back to exercising. Hope your back heals quickly!

    Bummer! I feel for you. I was on a huge roll this summer when I sprained my ankle very badly. It was hard to take the set back. Don't let it ruin your progress though. You will hit many bumps in the road on your journey. Each time you persevere you end up stronger. This too can be a silver lining - I believe in them. Everything happens for a reason even though we don't always know why. Keep working on a positive attitude and patience and you'll get through this!

    I feel your pain since I have an injured toe myself. Don't give up on your other goals. Having the right mindset is half the battle too
