It was definitely time to get my a** back into gear since my husband and I moved!!! Yes, I did manage to lose a few pounds without putting in my full effort, but that's just not good enough. Okay, so I had a slow month and only lost a few pounds, it's time to move on and get my a** moving again! And that's exactly what I have been doing! I'm on day #3 of being 100% dedicated to my program again! I've had 3 incredible workouts over the last 3 days, and I've followed my meal plans completely! This is what I need to do, and it's what I love doing. I hadn't worked out hardly at all over the last month due to moving, and then getting very sick for over a week... BUT NOW I AM BACK!!! So get used to seeing me around here a lot more now, like old times before I moved. I know a lot of you said you missed me and my blogs... Well, we're back!!!
I have only 11 lbs to go before I hit the big 100 lbs lost mark, and I wanna hit it by Christmas! There's a huge chance I can do it, I just have to follow my meal plan completely and keep up with Monday-Friday workouts! I know if I can do that, I can reach my goal. If for some reason I'm a little off from 100 lbs lost when Christmas comes around, I will not stress myself out over it whatsoever. I'll just keep working, because I know I'll be there right around that time. It's exciting be so close to such a huge milestone in my weight-loss journey! I see that milestone is just around the corner, it's within reach for my Christmas goal, now it's time to bust my a** to make it there!
