Water intake

I feel like I wasted an entire week of potential weight loss by not drinking enough water. I was unknowingly not drinking nearly as much as I thought. I lost only .6 even though I stayed under 1,400 calories/day and my protein and carb intake was good.

How much water do you shoot for every day?
