Sluggish morning

I woke up groggy this morning and haven't been able to perk up yet. By this point in the day, why bother? LOL Oddly, I did my morning 3 miles and, though I felt like I was wading through jello, I actually finished up about 2 minutes faster than I usually do - what's up with that?!? I hope that carries through to my R.I.P.P.E.D. class this afternoon - then I just need to stay awake long enough to make it through dinner without face-planting in my chicken!
