Week 10 of the Biggest Loser Fall Challenge...

I was supposed to write a blog last week for my 6 month Sparkaversary and having lost over 40 pounds in 6 months-- YAYYYY! I also wanted to do pictures and blah blah blah... but things have been crazy for me for the past few weeks so I didn't get to do that.

I do however need to get on here for my Lemon Team challenge for the week :) Here is the challenge:

So here is my stuff from week one.. lemme review:
"BLOG 5 THINGS THAT ARE HOLDING ME BACK:

1. I keep having to switch or adjust medication for thyroid. Hopefully this time I am done with that!
********I have been on the same medication and dose now for 1.5 months.. let's hope it stays the same!********

2. Lack of sleep from insomnia
********Blah... I have gotten better.. but not great. Hey.. I will take better over worse anyday :) ********

3. Not exercising first thing in the morning.. putting it off til later
********I did okay on this half of the time.. I still need to improve********

4. Lack of planning
********I did okay on planning .. but I did not do okay on the execution of those plans********

5. Eating over my calories on some days
********Guilty... still did that on some days ********

Reflecting.. What is the thing I will be working on for this Fall Challenge.

-----I want to focus on getting my exercise done first thing in the morning.

********I DID MAKE IMPROVEMENTS WITH MY EXERCISE.. I EXERCISED IN THE MORNINGS MANY MANY TIMES :)********

I only lost 9.2 pounds during this 10 week challenge. I know I am retaining water right now but oh well :) This was a super tough 10 weeks for me.. I am pleased that I lost weight at all. My goal was to lose 15 pounds during the challenge and I didn't meet my goal. I will keep fighting!!

I am happy to see that even when I am struggling I don't give up. Even if I do slow down from time to time.. I keep moving. If I have a bad day I don't give up.. If I have a bad week or several bad weeks.. I WILL NOT GIVE UP. I can't. I have to do this.

Over the past 10 weeks in this challenge I exercised an average of 6.6 hrs a week!! yay!!! I beat my exercise time from the 10 week Summer Challenge!

Moving on from here I have to step it up with the weight loss. I am happy with 40+ pounds gone in the past 26 weeks.. but I know I could have done better.

Next stop.. I want to be below 245 pounds by my birthday in February... I WOULD LOVE TO BE BELOW 240 POUNDS BY THEN!!!!!!!!!

MSMOSTIMPROVED also has a birthday in February-- HEY GIRL :) She put up a little bday challenge to me. We are both going to take birthday pictures in red dresses... so I gotta get busy so I can look all cute! Well I will try to look all cute.. lol.

Miss my spark friends.. I am not avoiding you guys on purpose.. I promise :) Don't stop fighting!!! We can do this.
