I do not eat candy.
I only occaisionally eat grain.
I only occaisionally eat dairy.
I counted calories for a while and made some lower calory swaps in my diet.
I am getting a full night's sleep a couple times a week now since trying to wean my son from nightime feedings.
I joined a gym and am going about once a week and am making arrangements to go 2 or 3 times a week.
I am not losing weight - I am heavier than I have ever been and am three pounds from my heaviest pregnancy weight. None of my clothes fit me. It's almost time for Christmas pictures...........I don't know what else to do!
