Sensible Meals

I have one Formula1 shake with protein powder every morning then I have mid-morning snack a bowl of fruit and for lunch I have yogurt with protein powder and a mid-afternoon snack a protein bar and for dinner a sensible meal. I am never hungry through out the day, I have tons of energy and I have lost 14 pounds in two weeks on the program. emoticon emoticon
