This week started rough for me. I was down on myself with the whole eating thing and I was feeling crappy physically. I started my period almost a whole week early...it just was not going well for me. And since then, I am just spotting and in a ton of pain. I have fibroids in my uterus and they are super painful. I am hoping to have surgery in the spring after I get my tax return. Our insurance requires me to pay $2000 of the surgery. :( And my plantar fasciitis is starting to act up pretty bad again. So needless to say, I was getting really frustrated. But last night I still pushed myself and went to the gym anyway. I decided that I can just start using the bike for awhile since walking on the treadmill hurts. And as my body clears out the gluten and dairy again, the inflammation in my body will go down and hopefully my feet will feel better. I did good with eating yesterday and planned well for today. So because I made these adjustments things feel better. And I have pain meds so I am taking them today to help so I can function normally even with the stupid fibroids.
Definitely feeling stronger mentally, and that means that physically I will bounce back as well.
