Here is a review of my goals for the week. I am going to do this every morning to keep me on track.
Goal #1: LOSE 2 pounds. (Up a pound this morning.)
Goal#2: 7 days of logging in and spinning the sparkwheel. 2/7
Goal#3: 7 days of logging my food. 2/7. I did not log ALL my food yesterday. :(
Goal#4: 7 days of drinking all my water and limiting my caffeine intake to one caffeinated beverage a day. No soda. Just Crystal light energy. 1/7. (I drank a SODA
Goal#5: Weigh daily (Average my weight at end of weeK.) 2/7
Goal#6: Complete 7 days of exercise for 10 minutes, 5 days 30 mins. I did 30 mins of running/ walking. So 2/7.
Goal#7: Complete week #1 of the Jumpstart your fitness challenge. ON IT!!! :)
Goal#8: Review these goals daily. 2/7. :)
I blew the food aspect of this yesterday. I really don't know why. I just gave up! I haven't started very strong today either. I ate a square inch of chocolate birthday cake in the teacher's lounge. I could have passed it up. I just didn't!! I have no willpower!!! Grr!!
I did workout yesterday. I ran/ walked with my daughter. We are going to do that 3 times a week. She wants to make the Soccer team at the Middle School and try outs are in February. She needs to be able to run non-stop by then. I need to be a lot thinner by then. So it's a win/ win situation.
I checked yesterday and saw that I had several streaks going. FINALLY! You gotta love a streak!! I'm streaking on water, fitness minutes, spinning the spark wheel...It's good to not seeing a big FAIL on that page.
Not sure what today's workout will be. I am sore from running, but it is a good sore. I hate this cold weather! I hate to get out in it. It makes me want to hibernate...LITERALLY!
Josh and my son Devin went deer hunting this morning. I hope they stay safe. Devin got to play hooky to go....Lucky kid!
Well off to my day! I am going to make it a good one!!
