Normally I'd be in bed still. But today at 7 AM I was burning through a work out on the arc trainer and already done with my shoulders/back strength training.
This is definitely something I can make time for, I need to just stick to it.
I am so motivated right now! If anyone is reading this, what do you do when you start to feel motivation lacking....I need to prepare for that.
