My daughter Abi (aka Raptormelon) recently began tracking magnesium, so I thought I'd add that to my tracker as well. I've also been tracking sodium and potassium because I'm taking a medication for blood pressure. It is SO HARD to keep the sodium DOWN and the potassium UP. So now here's this other thing. WHAT has MAGNESIUM? Hurray for Saprkpeople - while sparking I read a blog about butternut squash - one of my favorite veggies - and IT IS HIGH IN MAGNESIUM! Hey, if I stock up at the market and we prep and freeze it, we probably won't need to get supplements!
