We're fairly launched now into my month of Paleo eating. Here's what I took in on Tuesday:
Breakfast: banana with almond butter, tea
Lunch: 6-8 oz. roast turkey and an avacado.
Snack: black coffee, handful of almonds, dates
Dinner: soup (thanks to my wife!): home-made beef broth, an organic Yukon potato, frozen broccoli, homegrown tomatoes.
Dessert: "Paleo chocolate-chunk cookies" (thanks to my daughter)
Feeling pretty good about that. Today I'll be attending an afternoon reception, and the challenge is to navigate the snacks and drinks. Will report back tonight! Have a great day everyone!
