That will be my mantra for the rest of this month!
I am leaving this afternoon for Cuba with my 2 daughters, DH-Jeff and his son. Everyone is pretty excited... I have been stressed (and dealt with it ... not the right way - emotional eating it was and feeling guilty about it after...)
I need a break - I am really tired - mentally and physically. My sinus infection has clear out but I am still not my best. I am running now, but at a much slower pace than I would... the good thing is I am running!!! I started my day today by going for a nice 6k run outside (0 Celsius!!!) and it was great. Not fast but just the fact that I did it made me feel good. Being outside was also nice. I missed my run yesterday because I forgot my runners at home and I felt grumpy all day... So this week, I will make sure I respect my body - "Move it" it is telling me! I packed my runners, shorts and top so I can go for runs on the beach!
Then what's best than a good breakfast to start the day. I prep this for the girls and I this morning (gotta empty the fridge before departure! would usually have the tea cake as a snack - nobody complained!):
1 Serving of Pumpkin and Raspberry Tea cake, 1/2 Kiwi, 1/2 Apple and Raspberries with 100 gr FF Red Velvet Yogurt. (Breakfast TOTALS: 249 cal-54 carbs - 2 fat - 6 protein)...
