I am very tired today. I know that sleep is incredibly important to weight loss! Tonight I get into bed by 8 pm!
I only had about 1100 calories again yesterday. I had a Ghirardelli and Snicker PB square at my marriage class. I got cramps after I ate the PB square, so I won't be eating those again. Eeek!
I have decided to sign up to TOPS on Monday nights. I am just too busy during my split shift to go to a meeting each week. Monday nights I never plan anything so it will fit in nicely.
I am looking forward to having some of my uncles Death By Chocolate this weekend though (it's a big family thing to butcher our deer together), then I can start fresh on Monday. But I am still working diligently at my goals -
- plan snacks
- 30 mn walk daily
- stop eating when full
PS - I made an accountability friend at TOPS the other night. It was nice to send a text back and forth yesterday!
