Big slump!

We were doing so great in getting out and walking each day and keeping track of what we ate, etc. But then the household came down with colds, one at a time. I was the last to get it and had it the longest. I felt like utter crap for over 3 weeks and am just now starting to feel well again. We've had so much hot/cold dry/wet back and forth days this month and I was never quite able to get over the sickies when they'd ramp back up again on me. meh. I'm hoping we can get back in gear and start again this week. Class tomorrow and I have to go in early but I'll try to get some extra walking done around campus. It's just too easy to stop trying. I've got to get myself motivated for so many different things right now. Changes need to happen in more ways than one, so exercising again should push me in the right direction with everything else. If I can secure a private moment around the house I may pop in a dvd to workout to... or try to. emoticon

    Life happens and I am certain you will find a way to get around this.

I enjoy Leslie Sansome's DVD's--you can walk 5 miles in a short time. Check it out on YouTube. ''there are a few of her DVD's you can try before you buy any of her's.

    I love having a library of DVD's to do at home. I feel healthier just by buying them~ LOL
