Okay I have lost control of the eating. I think I am nervous about the cruise I am going on! I keep telling myself eating will not make it better. It will make it worse as I have bought my clothes already and want them to fit good.
So today I promise I will get back on track. I promise and I keep my promises. I promise myself and I promise you all.
Fitbit - I am loving it. This is the one plus right now. Okay I am not managing 10,000 steps during the week but we are back geocaching at the weekend (10,000 steps) and it is little things that have improved. When I need to go upstairs I run up, then down, then up again or I would never get my 10 target. We now walk to Tesco to pick up the odd bottle of milk, etc. which is round 2,500 steps. I am using my Wii Fit board to step on even if not the Wii Fit programme but I have learnt that it is very difficult trying to get up to 10,000 steps within your own home when you work long hours. I need to get organised a bit more and push myself to go out after work, but frankly I don't like walking around here after dark. But will think of something :) If not, then spring will be here soon enough.
