When I sat down last night, and looked at what I needed to do for the 100 day challenge, its amazing at the things that prevent you from loosing weight, that you weren't even aware of.
The finding of the 100 Day Challenge, came at exactly the right time, because I am recommiting myself to becoming a healthier version of ME!
I mean, I could come up with a host of excuse, as to why I picked up this week......but that's what they are excuses. Instead I must say I made a bad choice, and move on from there.
I also found out that I must not let negative thoughts waylay my weightloss. I need to turn them into positive thoughts.
So this morning, I woke up with more confidence and a new outlook on life. I have my bottle of water in front of me, with the aim, that it will be empty when I go home.
I have a healthy lunch planned of Smoked Chicken Salad, and for supper tonight I am thinking of a vegetarian omellete.
The birthday cake is now finished

, and this year I didn't get any chocolates. I want to be best I can be for ME and no one else.
