Doing pretty well, nutritionally. Getting my water in, obviously still having trouble getting in bed by 10:30 (it is 10:30 now!) and getting up, trying to get grad school stuff done so haven't had time this week for exercise (only 1 day last week) or time with the kids. DH has been great about taking the kids so I can focus. One class ends this weekend and the other ends Dec 1. Just the Spring internship left after that, no classes!
Made a great Quinoa veggie soup tonight, with plenty left over for lunch tomorrow and the next day. Used some of the sweet potatoes we got from a friend.
If I needed more motivation to get in shape, DH and I just booked a trip for us to take my mom and step-dad to the beach over Christmas break and a trip for us and the kids to Virginia Beach next summer! Gotta tone up so I can actually feel comfortable wearing a swimsuit on the beach!
Goal 1: Exercise when possible, focusing on walking and toning, aiming for 3 days per week
Goal 2: drink 10+ 8oz glasses of water each day
Goal 3: continue healthy eating, and improve on what isn't working.
Goal 4: In bed by 10:30pm, up at 6:00am.
Goal 5: spend more time with the kids
Goal 6: Complete research and grad school assignments on time.
