Good Workout

I met with my personal trainer tonight and had a good workout. My balance and muscle control are doing better. Strength and endurance are also up. Weight is down another pound. Both she and I were pleased.

    Wow! I think I found that pound,,how did it get this far so quickly????????????? Apparently you have developed those arm muscles, you sure heaved it a long way!!!!!!!
