I can do this. I have done this. Goals just about met for today-just need to finish my water and get to sleep. So thankful that SP is here for me when I need it. Keep on me...I need to finish this.

Goals for tomorrow:
64+ oz water
AM Workout: 20 minutes Turbo Jam
Midday workout: TBD
PM workout: 10+ min kickboxing
Track my food and make good food choices
In bed by 10:00 pm
