Reflecting back on the last year (now that I've officially turned the double nickels yesterday) - here's what I've accomplished in the last year:
Gained 2.25" overall - thusly:
Neck - no change
Shoulders = +0.5"
Chest = -0.5"
Waist = +0.75"
Hips = +0.5"
L Bicep = +0.25"
L Forearm = -0.25"
L Thigh = -0.25"
L Calf = +0.75"
R Bicep = +0.25"
R Forearm = -0.25"
R Thigh = +0.5"
R Calf = no change
Gained 1.7 lbs.
Caveat - I've not been 100% faithful to my plan 100% of the time. However, I've had a personal trainer 2x weekly for 10 weeks. They show that I lost 22.5" since I started in late August. HOWEVER - I found that they overstated my beginning waist measurement by 6.5"!
I weigh and measure every Monday morning - naked, first thing in the morning, so I am consistent. They measure at night - not always sure what the meal schedule was when they did the weights and measures, either.
Depressed? YOU BETCHA!
