A no stress day...

I stress out easily, and my flight or fight response is always fight, despite my smallness and inability to and lack of desire to get in fights. So this leads to very stressful days, which have been occurring more frequently lately.
But today was different. I had a good morning, ate a good breakfast, exercised. I even took the time to meditate a bit in the shower, and still managed to get ready for work with extra time to spare. And work was pretty stress free, too. My boss was in a good mood and didn't complain about anything, and there wasn't much to do except tie bows.
And I managed to do good on all my nutrition goals!!! Which I'm excited about.
