What happened to Tuesday?

Tuesday, November 13, 2012

That's what happens when I'm away for a day! Didn't get home until late . . . but I got everything done. And I'm so proud of myself. . . . I took one thing at a time off my L_O_N_G list, I got in as much walking as I could, and even after driving home after dark in the rain, I wasn't exhausted, mentally or physically, as I would have been just a few weeks ago.
However, even though I got in my 8 cups of water yesterday, I was still dehydrated, and woke up with a splitting headache about 1AM. So, I got out of bed, drank 4 glasses of water, stoked the fire, let the water settle, and went back to bed. Woke up 2 hours later, with a bladder ready to burst, but the headache was 90% gone.
Had so many things I wanted to write about today . . . should have jotted them down cos I can't remember 'em now. Oh well.

Looking forward to a comfortable, relaxing evening with my hubby, and hopefully a good nights sleep.

I'm discovering the water is often the first solution when my head begins to pound. Glad it worked for you too!

Have an awesome Wednesday my friend!

Glad you had a productive day and I hope you have nipped that headache in the bud.
I too feel the extra energy. It feels so good to be good.
I had a planned day off from sparking. It was because of an event and I did much better than I would have if I weren't sparking but I was over in calories and under in exercise. I am committed today though and will get right back on track.
Have a great day and throw another log on your spark fire.
