Well I got 1450 out of 1500 points for the challenge this weekend; due to the help of one of the captains on my team. I told her that I would not be able to get a some of the points for the challenge because I did not kow a lot of people who I could invite to walk with me or have a healthy lunch. She told me I could post healthy stuff to Sparks instead; so i posted a healthy recipe and facts about honey to the group to get my points. I only missed points for Friday not for 3 days in a row. Still I always want to be perfect and it bothers me when i can't have a perfect score. My right arm is huring me today. I think it is from the Six Pack Ab workout I did with my daughter on Sunday. In one exercise I had to go in a side plank and hold myself up on one arm while I did the exercise. Have to take it easy on that arm today. Change in menu plan for Thanksgiving; due to the fact we spent too much on food a couple of times we have to change from the roast we were going to have to turkey. Going to try a different stuffing recipe since we are going to rotissierie the turkey instead.
