Random Recipe Makeover

I went to the recipe section of SP and took the first one listed:
I've added my changes next to each item

12 oz cooked chicken breasts, diced
2 T all purpose flour (omit)
2 T butter, unsalted no need
10 oz skim milk(soy, almond, or rice milk)
1 pinch white pepper (I would add The Spice Hunter salt free Steak & Chop Grill & Broil seasoning)
1 t Italian seasoning
1 T parmesan cheese, grated (I do not use cheese, so I would omit this)
7 oz penne pasta, whole wheat (If you don't like the cardboard taste, try adding a little of the regular pasta)
2 yellow or orange bell peppers, chopped (I prefer red)
1 zucchini, chopped
2 heads, approx. 12 ounces broccoli, chopped
1/3 c monterey jack cheese (omit)
nonstick cooking spray (I do not like these sprays, omit)

I was going to include the directions, but I'm omitting the paste, I mean, flour and water "white sauce and all of the cheese. There's really no need to bake this. Just cook pasta, sauté everything up and enjoy!

    Great job on the remake. I love turning things into PERSONAL specialties - the only place it doesn't really work for me is with Chinese foods because when I leave things out because I don't like them, it just doesn't taste right. I don't know enough about the subtle flavors in Chinese food to do a good job re-inventing them.
