Day 5 of Quitting Smoking

Thanks to the support from my SP friends, I haven't smoked a cigarette in the past 3 days!!! emoticon

I'm just taking it one-day-at-a-time and one-step-at-a-time. My actual "Quit Date" wasn't suppose to be until Dec.21st...looks like I might be a little ahead of schedule. emoticon

Now if only I could do that with my weight and exercise journey to a healthier lifestyle...(big sigh), but you know what??? I CAN and I WILL do it!!!!

So until tomorrow's blog.... emoticon emoticon

    Way to go. I've been smoke free for 16 years. I still remember how hard it was in the beginning to stop. It took a few tries to make it stick but when I just made up my mind to stop smoking - it was easier to stick to my decision.

Just keep doing it one day, one hour, one minute at a time. It is so good for your health to stop smoking - you are doing yourself a great big favor!
