I had this weight off and conquered... people looked up to me.... they wanted to know what I eat... how I cooked it.... my secrets.... I am at the YMCA almost daily .... and now I am at a loss. This weight just kept coming back on. I am not sure really what happened. I did start Zoloft and a night time sleep aide and that seemed to start this awful process. Then I couldn't get it to stop. I then had partial knee replacement and was out of work for 8 weeks. I continued to watch what I eat... I have wrote down everything I have consumed for 8 years. Every day. I do not go crazy. Sure here and there I have a pizza day. But ..... What the heck. Trying desperately to NOT be depressed. BUT this morning when I put my sweater on and thought... oh I have a bunch of kleenex in my pockets from last winter...only to realize it was my fat roll!! dang... So I am on here and need motivation and help. I already called my husband. I am going to the YMCA after work and going to sweat like crazy for an hour! :) My back fat wiggles. Ewwww.... I am NOT meant to have this weight on! I think I am experiencing early menopause.... 8 mins to go and sweat! Love it! Wish me luck! emoticon

    You are beautiful! Stress does keep weight on, but as a fellow mom, we have to find time to take care of ourselves! Find an activity you love. Walk, bike, do yoga, zumba, etc. and then have fun!! You'll keep at it if you enjoy it!

    Oh.... I started at 255 lbs. Size 22... I lost 85 lbs. to 175 and size 10... NOW.. TODAY... 211!!! emoticon
