emoticon HA HA, I put on my big girl pants today and bypassed the pack of donuts. I wanted them though, but I told myself that I didnt't need them. Felt good. I haven't really changed a lot of my eating habits so far, I am just trying to make the gym and getting exercise my habit for now. I hope that this time all things will fall into place. One more day of work and then I am on vacation for a few days and I can not wait. I just need some clear my head time, with my rotten family emoticon Well I am getting ready to go to the gym today. I look forward the gym time, I like to see what I can accomplish. I have also been working on my weight loss reward schedule. Little increments, only five pounds, and not big rewards, but the satisfaction of waiting for little things after losing a few pounds will be so rewarding!! I mean it this time is it!
