The title says it all. I decided to try and train for the Turkey Trot. Today I decided I was going to run 2.5 miles and then turn around and run as far as I could back to my car. Well I made it the whole way! I even picked up my pace after the 3rd mile. I think that's when my runner's high kicked in. It was crazy!
When I got back to my car, I looked down at my watch and I couldn't believe it!
56:16:80! Under an hour! 5 miles under an hour.
I just feel so lucky that I decided to change my life and now reach new goals every day.
