Yesterday I bought a stability ball and some handweights to add to my exercise. I thought I would try out the exercise DVD that came with them. Yeah - not so much. I am very big busted and a good quarter of the exercises are spent with your chest above/on the ball. Needless to say that I spent more time trying to keep my breasts from being squished (because it hurt) than I did actually doing the exercises. It also made my upper back hurt because of trying to avoid squishing my breasts.
Please excuse me while I go hunt down some other exercise videos because I will NOT lose my momentum because of a stupid ball!
