Days 348, 349 & 350

Sunday, Monday and Tuesday aren't stellar exercise days for me, but I got my ten minutes in all the same. All three days were ten minutes on the elliptical. My body seems pretty worn out, so I probably couldn't handle much more, even if I had the time.

Yesterday I felt pretty worn out from having worked all weekend. Sundays when I work are pretty exhausting. I still get up early to go to church. This Sunday we were able to go out to eat afterward at a nice local buffet. I love small towns. We always run into people we know. Then I was off to work. I get home late, and then have to get up early on Monday to get everyone out the door. I tried to sleep in since hubby was home, but was anxious. I think it's "mom anxiousness" that I should be doing something. So I didn't get my extra sleep yesterday that I needed to catch up.

Today I did. I went back to bed after getting everyone out the door. I slept till noon! I feel more like myself now, but still need a cup or two of coffee to shake off the drowsies.
