W5D2- 8 minutes straight twice!

I was really nervous about this workout. I think my nerves are coming from thinking about my upcoming 5 k- eek! I am getting this confidence with each of these workouts that if I can do this I can do the next and then the next- until I am confident that I can do whatever I put my mind too. Pretty cool.
