The trainer that wasn't...LOL

Tuesday, November 13, 2012

So I went to the gym yesterday as planned to meet with my new trainer and get a game plan together...I got there early so I could do my cardio and then meet him and leave...when it was time to meet up, he was no where to be found...the folks at the front desk didn't know who he was (he was hired the week before presumably)...so I went to the guy that is over the training section and asked him about it...he couldn't find him either...he called and left him a message and basically said that he was "fired" even if he did show up....SMH...

So he put me with another trainer that was there, Aaron and he took me through a few light (but effective) workouts...I told him about my back condition and he pretty much told me that I could still do a lot more stuff than I thought and that we would focus on core, strengthening my back, etc...he even stretched me out after each exercise...something that the other trainer did not do...I think I am going to like him!!!

I am not going to the gym tonight because I need to go to the store...we are having our holiday spread and I need to pick up something to cook...I am thinking corn....I will go to the apt gym instead....

I hope you have a great day!
