Hello Divas, Guys & Dolls,
As I embark on a new journey that my short/long-term goals have placed within my original plans, I am trying something very familiar yet somewhat new again. I am starting where I left off in my quest for a healthier lifestyle.
Sometime back in June, 2012, stressful events (school and work), had me going backwards in doing what I loved the most (exercising). I would go to the gym 5 days a week to relieve stress and to tone my body..........however, I became so busy (don't drive) all over the place with work and school, that I couldn't find the time or should I say muster any energy on the weekends to exercise........for me that was my excuse..............
Now, I know we all have excuses, some legit and some not.............I'm not sure if mines were legit or not and I really don't even care. Because, at this very moment, it's on and popping again. I haven't been back to the gym, just yet, this will happen Thursday, November 15th, but in the meantime, I have been using the weights I purchased some time ago and use the workout exercises that my personal trainer had me doing a couple years ago.
Today, I am sore as all-get-out, I didn't get a full 7 to 8 hours of sleep, but I feel "GREAT" .............
..........When one doesn't have all of tools that they need in life to help them get along, like a vehicle, then other things come along and move it aside that are more important.
Don't get me wrong, exercising is very, very important to me, I just didn't have enough time in one day to do everything that I set out to do, because "things" kept popping up.........WELL NOT ANYMORE, I still don't have a vehicle and probably won't have one anytime soon, but what I do know is, that whatever I do from yesterday forward, if I don't have time to do anything else, I will make time to go to the gym at least 3 days if not all 5 days.
Well, this Diva is back on track and until we meet again..........just....."keep it movin.......keep it movin"....
