Big Step back

Holy crap I took a big step back last week.

Going to work hard to try to make up lost ground by next weeks weigh in.

So what went wrong? Well, everytime my elbow bent my mouth opened. I took my eyes off the ball and let fast food sneak it's greasy way into my stomach multiple times as well as neglecting my daily walks which generally empower me and help me resist the temptation of those damn Golden Archs.

    Nothing wrong with snacks! Just make sure they are healthy :)
I know I am repeating myself, but the the more fruits you eat, the less junk you crave! :D

    I was having one of those days yesterday myself. Shake off the guilt like Marie1615 said. It's a new day and still very early in the week! emoticon

    Totally had the same struggle Fri. through to today...the only thing to do now is to look ahead and shake off the shame and guilt emoticon

The danger is to not start again emoticon emoticon
