I keep being tempted by eating out and making unhealthy choices everytime that I do. On the weekends, my husband is home (usually). And when he is, we go out to eat. I make the worst choices of food and over eat. This is ruining all the hard work that I put into my weight loss journey. And eating away at our bank account.
Throughout the week, it's water only and lots of it. It's very sensible lunches and portion controlled dinners. We eat at home everyday and night and I love it. Even though cooking and cleaning up after it can be another chore added to my long list, I do it because it's the right thing to do. I want a healthy body and healthy family. Also because it's so much cheaper. I have got to stay on track for the weekends. My husband is always wanting to go and do things and that is causing us to have to eat out. We need to find more things to do around the house to save money and inches on our waist lines.
So now I am back to trying to lose the couple pounds I put on over the past 4 day weekend.
