I'm gonna try my best to blog at least once a week. Hopefully, if I happen to miss someone will nudge me (thanks in advance!).
It's been a while. My life has such a busy routine - lately I am not using all the time I can on exercise. I think I want to try and practice fitness with my family a few times a week. I often find myself busy with work, school, and running errands - which makes me feel guilty if my daughter is not part of it. She's in school all day, and children need those few minutes of activities and one on one with each parent. I feel like I've considered this before, but I need to make a plan to fix it.
Plan: Start slow, keep it fun.
From now on, I'm going to make Thursday nights official "Wii Thursday". At least 1 hour of Wii (active) games.
