EXCEPT, realizing you wore the wrong underwear 5 minutes into your workout. I know, I know, you are probably wondering how I powered on. How I managed to continue on with a permanent wedgie. Well my friends, it's called will power.......
I'm just jokin, it sucked big time, but what are you gonna do?
Any ways, underwear problems aside ( I just giggled a little at that lol) This morning was pretty kick ass. Did some major cardio. Lots of kicks, planks, pushups (that's our instructors new thing, push ups every day, EVERYDAY).
Went to the Spartan Race website yesterday. Managed to get 10% of ANY race, so that will help take the sting out of paying so much for a race. Almost everyone that was so pumped up for this race a few months ago has backed out. I'm still doing it. End of story. To get the 10% off I had to sign up for "Workout of the Day" email. Today's workout is the Air Guards fit test, so
20-50 push ups
20-100 sit ups
Now it's not like the Spartan Race people are going to come to my door and take away my 10% discount if I don't do this. But why not. It will add to my monthly goals and well why not? So I'm gonna try and do this today. Now one of the requirements was 1.50 in under 11 min 57 sec. That is probably not possible for me, but I will do my best!
