I'm So So Tired, I Just Want To, Sleep & Not Wake, Up At All.

I'm so so tired, i just want to, sleep & not wake, up at all i, have felt like this, now for about 2.5, weeks & i just dont feel, any better at all, the only thing that, i want to do, is stay in bed, all day/night long. emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon

Any Songs that i, hear on my Radio, (Station Smooth 70s Fm,) just make me cry, there are 2 main, Songs that are played, every 2 days which, this always happens 2, me they are these. emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon

1) Billy Preston/Syreeta, - With You I'm Born Again, This reminds me of James Needham.
2)Yvonne Elliman - If I Cant Have You, This reminds me of James Needham. emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon

I finally told my, Sister Helen what had, happened with myself &, James + she read, some of my Blogs, 2 (including this particular Blog,) she was upset & worried, about me + she, asked me. emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon

Had he ever attacked, me or hurt me, i said no he, hadn't ever touched me, i know why she, asked me this its, because i have got 2, bruises on my wrists, 1 on my left, wrist & 1 on, my right wrist 2. emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon

I told her these, were caused last Friday, afternoon when i fell, over on my Shopping, Trolley whilst walking up, to Sainsburys to do, my Shopping (bargain hunting), for my tea etc. emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon

This shows you all, (my Sparkfriends who, i call my online, family etc etc), that my Real Family, who despite our ups, & downs we all, love & care for, each other very very, much. emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon

    I have been there, too. I always thought I could sleep for three months and I would wake up happy and thin....I would agree it is time to talk to your health care professional.

    Yes, most definitely see a Dr. It could be any of these things, but my guess it it is depression because of the break up if this is when it appeared and you weren't having problems before that.

    I have the exact same thing. It is all I can do to get out of bed each day and do my work, etc. I don't want to do anything, not play harp, not paint, etc. Even the things I enjoy doing I just don't want to do. It's terrible depression. I know from the past it can get to the point of wanting to hurt yourself. GET HELP my dear and as soon as possible.

    I agree with everyone here, get a blood test. There are reasons you feel the way you do. I get like that sometimes and usually find that a cleanse will help. Dr. Oz has a great 3 day cleanse/detox that will give you energy and might make you feel better. Please take care!

    I've been really sleepy too, but i have been getting my exercise in. i had a day off from work and overslept instead of getting up and doing a workout. i will admit though i look forward to napping. i think some of it is weather and time change. my body clock is not happy with the time change.

    See your doctor for a complete physical to include a complete thryoid workup, not just TSH, cortisol (stress levels), mono, and also be brutally honestly since you are so tired with all this sleep. Between physical issues and depression, this could be doing your system in Thryoid problems do bring on symptoms of depression and sleep issues. Been there, done that emoticon

    hello dear, its been over two weeks, you should see a doc to help deal with this. If thats simply impossible, you MUST make and effort to exercise daily to see if that helps-dont let the tosser get you down-ITS NOT WORTH IT!!!! Thank your lucky stars you are single and free and can go and do whatever whenever, cos once you have a husband and kids-forget about it!

    I am worried about you, and hope you will see a doctor. I had a hard time sleeping recently due to long hours and stress at my job; I took the medication that they prescribed and it helped A LOT. They also can help with the sleeplessness that comes from depression. PLEASE SEE A DOCTOR SOON emoticon

    There are a number of things that could be making you tired, some of them are related to diabetes and other medical issues. Perhaps the most important is that this kind of tiredness may be a symptom of heart problems. Get to your physician immediately and get it checked out.

    Hello, doll face! It could be depression, so keep your wit's about you. This time of year can make anyone depressed - and considering how you are not taking this breakup well, you could need some pharmaceutical assitance. And know that it isn't a bad thing to ask for help.

    I was up at 3 am this morning crying over my uncle again, but then I went back to bed and slept for another 4 hours. It still sucks, but it is what it is and now is the time to get back on the horse and ride away to find another white knight verusus the dark prince!

    I am having one of those days today. I was going to ride my bike for an hour in the sunshine earlier but I have no energy. Its all I can do to walk the dogs tonight.

    After 2 weeks or more, these feelings should have passed with you by now. Make an appointment to see your GP, you might have a harbour virus or something bringing you down.

    This might sound mad, but have you tried going for a swim, or taking an aerobics class? Sometimes its just the thing to break the energy blues.

    Try to find something you can see as positive. You should be happy that it is an option for you to stay in bed. Mnay people have got to get up everyday no matter haow bad they feel. I have a bad back and getting up is scary for me as I am afraid of the pain. Once I'm up I feel better and go to work.

    There are lots of little things to enjoy. I love it when the sun comes upn or I see a little squirrel running around with a nut like a trophy.

    Hope you can get out of your funk and get more active. LOL SP buddy
