I had to postpone my workout today because the baby didn't sleep much and woke up around the time I should be working out. I didn't cancel that time for myself but instead reorganized my schedule. Instead of my rest day being tomorrow I switched it to today and promised myself I would do my workout tomorrow AM even if I have to set my alarm at 3am to make sure it gets done. I can always go back to bed after my shower.
