change in schedule

I had to postpone my workout today because the baby didn't sleep much and woke up around the time I should be working out. I didn't cancel that time for myself but instead reorganized my schedule. Instead of my rest day being tomorrow I switched it to today and promised myself I would do my workout tomorrow AM even if I have to set my alarm at 3am to make sure it gets done. I can always go back to bed after my shower.

    I actually have the chalean extreme set and LOVE it. I am on week 3 and my pants are already loose. I think a great deal of the progress has to do with me eating healthier. I have really being trying hard and it is starting to show. I have a lot of dvds from the firm but when I would do the transfirmer set I always ended up hurting my knees so much that I had to stop within a couple of months. I think I was doing the exercises in bad form and causing strain on my knees.

    I love dumbell workouts. If you have netflix, Bob Harper has a biggest loser walking dvd that incorporates dumbells, so you get strength and cardio in at the same time. I like to check out dvds before I buy to make sure I am going to like it and get my money's worth out of it.

    Plus my dumbells come in today so that should make me excited enough to get it done tomorrow. It's the little things that will make a big difference.
