Day #146 - Going for it

so far this morning I did 40 minutes of the Body Gospel Strength, Cardio and Sculpt. I did 8 minutes more than I did yesterday.
No I didn't do my second workout yesterday. It took me a long time to get the braids out my hair - so I use that as a poor excuse. Today I'm off again from work and I'm about to go out to run some errands. I do plan to hit the gym this afternoon --- no excuses girly.
I was happy to make it through 40 minutes today, I didn't stop as much either. What a sweat. I need a new dvd player I think - so I'll look when I go to Walmart in a few. Otherwise, things are going pretty good. Eating is still a challenge for me. I need more activity in my life. I think since my daughter left I have no motivation to cook. Well let me get dress and get out to do my errands. I'm already an hour behind my schedule. Thanks for your motivation and support.
