Small steps and small goals. That is where I need to start. Reading back on past post it is obvious that I need to work on following through on goals I start. So for now I will just aim for a small goal of 1 week of tracking food entries and walking whenever I have the opportunity. Great day goals of 10,000 steps and average days of 5,000 steps. Walking and step goals are hard to keep when traveling and living in a motorhome.
We are currently camping in a RV resort in AZ, and I purchased a pet stroller to walk my cat. She loves it and I enjoy it. But it sure turns a lot of heads, my pushing what likes like a baby stroller in a resort of retiree's. There is a pool and hot tub, so we are in it every night. I spend at least 40 minutes treading water (without floation help) moving my arms and legs vigorously and forcefully against the water and I do strengthening exercises in the water too.
Again, small steps no promises. I hope to be back tomorrow.
