C25K: W5D2 and some other thoughts

I completed W5D2 yesterday and I totaled 41 minutes and 3.65 miles. I felt really good during the run and I decided not to take Lincoln so that I could actually run without be pulled. I do notice that he does motivates me to move faster.

I then in the evening I looked at the next run - 20 minutes straight. W.O.W. I wonder what the theory is in the gigantic jump because it seems strange.

Random thought #1: Cinderella's life sucked. I spent 6 hours yesterday doing laundry and scrubbing the floor on hands and knees. My arms hurt so bad I had to take Tylenol in the middle of the night just to be able to sleep. Not sure if there are exercises to strengthen your forearms but I may need them.

Random thought #2: The delivery guys brought in my new double oven. I have no idea when it might be getting installed, but I can see some serious baking in my future - especially bread. Maybe now I can perfect my sourdough.

Random thought #3: Why does W5D3 go to 20 full minutes of running? I just don't get the logic.

    Not sure if there are exercises to strengthen your forearms? Last time I checked your best friend was a PT. Bet she could probably hook you up. ;)
