Week of November 12-16:

11/12 Desk to 5k Training 7:30 a.m. & 11:30 a.m. FH track behind Scates Hall. Join us! Walk or run, just get moving!!!

11/14 Zumba at noon in the UC Beale room (363) with Pepper Walker.

11/15 The Great American Smokeout! Smokers are encouraged to use this date to make a plan to quit, or to plan in advance and quit smoking on November 15.
