I am just excited that I have lost about 12 pounds or so and it feels really good. I am not doing anything major either. Just stopped drinking sodas and started drinking water. I watch my carbs and of course no sugar or bread. And i have been riding my bike about 30-45 per day. And while I am watching a tv show a couple times a day, I just move. Like aerobics type exercise and it doesn't seem like much when you are focused on your show. I just started less than 4 weeks ago and I feel like I have changed my whole lifestyle of eating. I now eat to live intead of live to eat. And I can do it anyone can. I used to drink coke after coke, grab a handful of chips or a pop tart, fast food= just anything I wanted. And I quickly realized I was killing myself. We all have to watch what we are putting in our bodies. If you just move throughout the day, watch your carbs, no sugar, add vegetables- you will quickly be on the path to a new you. Let's do it people!!!! Life is too short!!!
