Here are my goals for the week.

Goal #1: LOSE 2 pounds.
Goal#2: 7 days of logging in and spinning the sparkwheel. 1/7
Goal#3: 7 days of logging my food. 1/7. I did not log ALL my food yesterday. :(
Goal#4: 7 days of drinking all my water and limiting my caffeine intake to one caffeinated beverage a day. No soda. Just Crystal light energy. 1/7.
Goal#5: Weigh daily (Average my weight at end of weeK.) 1/7
Goal#6: Complete 7 days of exercise for 10 minutes, 5 days 30 mins. I did 30 mins of movement yesterday. So 1/7.
Goal#7: Complete week #1 of the Jumpstart your fitness challenge.
Goal#8: Review these goals daily. 1/7. :)

I also want to get a big dent knocked in this laundry, get Christmas decorations put up, and run later.

I ordered some new running shoes off of ebay. I usually buy Asics Gel Nimbus or Gel Blur. They are not my typical $100 pair so I am hoping they will get me through Christmas. They are called Asics Gel Arianna. Never tried them. Hope they will be okay.

Well off to get the dishes and laundry started and my breakfast cooked.
