It's funny, I just read about how blogging helps you, and I am not sure that it does, but I need a place to get it out there, so maybe it does... we'll see. After getting on the scale this morning, I'm not sure. BUT what I am sure of is that I did not eat 7000 calories MORE than the day before, and going to out lunch and dinner did have it's pitfalls, I did not gain the 2 pounds my scale said I did. AND when I get on the scale tomorrow, I am guessing the salt will be out of my system. So, it is what it is. I am not going to freak out about yesterday, or what the scale said this morning.
You know, I have read a lot of blogs about people who don't get on the scale, and I praise them. I on the other hand have found I MUST get on the scale to keep me accountable, not the I gained 2 pounds where's the shot gun, but the Oh, I need to keep on track. I need to make sure I am thinking about me. ME.
So, I said I went out to lunch and dinner, so in full disclosure I went for Chinese food for lunch, and had steamed Shrimp and Veggie's w/ 1 half cup brown rice, and for dinner I went to Chili's and they have a "lighter" sirloin w/ broccoli that had 250 calories. So, I think from a calorie perspective, I paid attention to what I was planning on eat, I had chips (not planned for), and I know I was a little CRAZY, but I'm okay.
So, Tuesday, Day 10
3 square, 3 snacks
Will get my 10 in for sure
Down 3 and happy about it.
